I believe that the Feldenkrais method can be beneficial for everybody and
I do not wish to put a gate on theese audio classes
It takes me many hours a month to prepare lessons, study new aspects of the method,
write blog articles, record and upload lessons.
I do it because I love it, but unfortunately...
I can only continue to teach the method in the long term if I make it sustainable.
